البحث عبارةٌ عن دراسة نقدية فاحصة للاختيارات الفقهية المنسوبة لشيخ الإسلام في باب الآنية من كتاب الطهارة، لِما لاختيارات الشيخ من أهمية ومكانة، ولوجود بعض الخلل والنظر في الاختيارات المنسوبة للشيخ؛ فجاء البحث مكملاً لجهود من سبق، وساداً لما وُجد من الثغرات.

ولمــّا كانت أوجه النقد متعددة، ومراتبه متفاوتة، اقتصرت في البحث على النقد المتعلق بأصل نسبة القول والاختيار للشيخ دون بقية أوجه النقد الأُخر، والنقد المقصود بشرط البحث شاملٌ لأي خلل في نسبة الاختيار للشيخ؛ فيشمل الخطأ والوهم في نسبة قولٍ لم يقله، ويشمل الخطأ والوهم في بعض النسبة؛ كإطلاق ما قيده الشيخ، أو تعميم ما خصه، وعكس ذلك ونحوه.

والنقد المحمود ما كان صواباً في نفسه، وغرض صاحبه منه صحيح صالح، وهو ما اجتهدت في الالتزام به.

The research is a critical and careful study of the jurisprudential choices attributed to the Sheikh of Islam in the section on the topic of the Book of Purity, due to the importance and status of the choices of the Sheikh, and the presence of some defects. Consider the choices attributed to the Sheikh. The research complemented the efforts of those previously, and filled in the gaps that were found.

Since there are many forms of criticism and varying degrees, I limited my research to criticism related to the origin of the attribution of say and choice to the sheikh without the rest of the other aspects of criticism, and the criticism intended by the condition of research includes any flaw in the attribution of choice to the sheikh.
