يشهد عصرنا الحالي تقدم وتطور تكنولوجي منقطع النظير ، وتعد أنظمة الذكاء الإصطناعي جزء لا يتجزأ وركن أساسي من هذا التطور ، مما أدي إلي ظهور العديد من المشكلات المستجدة علي الساحة القانونية ، ومن أهم هذه المشكلات التي تنشأ بسبب أنظمة الذكاء الإصطناعي هي المسائل المتعلقة بحقوق الملكية الفكرية وكيفية حماية الأعمال التي تنتج بإستخدام الذكاء الإصطناعي .

من هذا المنطلق جاءت فكرة هذا البحث ((أثر أنظمة الذكاء الإصطناعي علي حقوق الملكية الفكرية )) للبحث حول مدي كفاية أحكام قانون حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية الحالي رقم 82 لسنة 2002 ، ومدي قدرتها مع المستجدات التي فرضتها تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي في مجال براءات الإختراع .
